Children on the Trail:
A Child's Spiritual Formation Guide for Churches and Parents

Sandra J. Sutherland

Regular price $23.99 Sale

If you’re starting a new children’s ministry, strengthening an existing one, or wanting to be more intentional with the spiritual nurture you give your child or grandchild, Children on the Trail can help. Even though it provides a clear progression for the spiritual formation of children, it offers more paint-by-principle guidance than an oversimplified step-by-step approach.

"Children on the Trail presents a valuable resource for our churches. Drawing from decades of experience and wisdom, Sandy’s writing is a valuable resource that emphasizes the importance of meaningful relationships and good teaching. The most important responsibility for our generation is the spiritual well-being of the generation that comes after us, and Children on the Trail will help our churches discern next steps to care for our children."

—Dan Pyke,
Director of Youth and Family Ministries, Canadian Baptists of Atlantic Canada
