About the Author:

John Troyer discovered the healing power of God’s words more than fifty-five years ago. As a young person, he would read his Bible late into the night, unable to sleep due to troubling thoughts. The words God spoke hundreds of years ago brought his heart deliverance and peace, and that peace still reigns today. John has written two other devotionals, Real Joy for Everyday Life and Will You Follow Him? He has also written a memoir, Above and Beyond.
