About the Author:
Richard T. Vander Vaart has served as a minister in various congregations for more than twenty-two years. He is married to Carolyn and they have three adult children. Their oldest son Adrian and his wife Jessica recently presented Richard and Carolyn with their first granddaughter, their second son Micah married Rebecca almost one year ago, and their daughter Elayna helps them as foster parents. They have fostered more than thirty children over the last ten years.
